All registered school groups can reserve spaces at a workshop or presentation before the event.
Activity reservations open on Monday, October 7. Reservations will close at 5pm PST on Monday, October 21 – or until all places are filled. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
Remember – there are many other activities at YoMo that do not take reservations. Students can simply turn up and participate at these activities on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to reserve an activity
1. Find a workshop or presentation
The day schedules list every activity you’ll find on the day of your visit:
You can also view all workshops and presentations at YoMo. Once you’ve found an activity, don’t forget to check the list of available sessions at the bottom of the page.
Select an activity name to learn more, including the school subjects and age range for which it is suitable. Before reserving, ensure the activity matches the needs of your school group.
2. Complete the reservation form
You will need your school group’s Access Code to complete your reservation. This 10 character code was emailed to you when you were invited to register.
Once you have successfully reserved a session, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your reservation.
Missed out on reserving a session?
Walk-in sessions may still be available on the day of your visit. For more information, please see someone at the Information Point when you arrive.
Remember, YoMo is much more than just scheduled activities! There are many activities on our show floor that your students can experience at their own pace.
If you no longer wish to attend a scheduled activity, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Our workshops are in high demand, and this will allow us to offer your spaces to another group.
