3. Any photos or supporting media you need to support your application, and help us to promote your activity should you be selected
4. To have thought out the logistical requirements of space needed, content delivery and suitability for our target audience
• Only non-commercial organizations (with the exception of companies that perform educational outreach) are eligible for a free space or time slot on the show floor.
• All eligible organizations are subject to a selection procedure and must submit a proposal through this form.
• If your organization prefers to reserve a space on the show floor by taking one of our sponsorship options, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
