YoMo is located in the Kentia Hall (lower South Hall) of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

By private bus:
If you have indicated that you will be traveling to YoMo by bus, Production Transportation the YoMo bus co-ordinators we will be in touch with you to confirm your arrival and departure. If you have not been contacted by Friday August 24, please notify the YoMo Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note no private bus drop off will be permitted at the front of the venue on South Figueroa or surrounding streets.
Due to very limited places for bus drop off and pick up to YoMo, prior approval is required. An access pass will be issued to all groups that must be displayed on the bus front window. You will be issued with a 15 minute time slot in which to drop off and pick up your children. It will be imperative that you fit with this slot to ensure a smooth and stress free transfer.

When you arrive
Entrance for all school groups traveling by private bus will be via Convention Center Drive behind the South Hall. Groups arriving by public bus, metro or by private vehicle will enter via the South Hall foyer off South Figueroa Street and should look out for the purple YoMo signs indicating access to the event.
Please note that Mobile World Congress Americas will be operating in the same venue and access is shared with this corporate exhibition.
Exhibitors, activity providers, sponsors, VIPs and Professional Pass holders
All adults attending without minors or school group via public transport / private vehicle should enter the Kentia hall via the left side of the South Hall lobby on South Figueroa Street. There will be a specific entrance for YoMo.
Make sure you have both your registration barcode, and personal identification document you used during the registration process, ready in order to speed up your entry.
At the venue
We suggest planning approximately 4 hours (including lunch) for your school visit. Our example visit schedule may help you plan your visit – bear in mind, your time on site will vary according to your scheduled arrival time and departure.
The show floor will be open Wednesday to Friday 9:00 – 16:00.
There will be no cloak room facilities on site. It is advisable that you carry as little as possible with you.
There is a picnic area for attendees to eat their lunch while on site. Close to the picnic area there is a catering outlet where you will be able to buy food and beverages at any time during the event days.
There will be a nurse and doctor on site during the event. Should you need this service, please notify the closest member of staff.
The Los Angeles Convention Center is a fully accessible venue. Should you have any special needs please contact us in advance at email@example.com.
Lost Child Protocol
All under 18 attendees will be issued a wristband on site. Each group will have a unique identifying number to the band prior to entry indicating their group number. Each group will be asked to provide a cell number to contact the lead booker on site in event of a lost child from the group.
Any lost child found on site will be reunited with the lead booker at the information point. Any adult missing a child is to report it to a member of staff immediately.
A robust security plan will ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Should a security incident arise, please notify the closest member of staff when on site.
A bag check and security wand will be in place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The Center reserves the right to search all bags upon entry to the venue. YoMo and the Los Angeles Convention Center reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone should this be required, and do not accept any liability for items that may be lost, destroyed or damaged while at YoMo.
Please do not leave any valuables unattended. Any unattended items will be removed and possibly destroyed.
Please remember the accompanying adults for each group are responsible for the safety and well-being and behavior of all students on site. Any unruly behavior by student attendee can result in the entire group being removed from YoMo and barred from future attendance.
