To help us ensure that the festival runs smoothly, all YoMo exhibitors must:

This document contains everything you need to know about the event, logistics and services at the venue, and all rules and regulations. Please share this with anyone who will be involved in delivering your activity.
2. Submit logistical information
This information helps us plan for your activity and ensure a smooth experience at the event. Please make sure you complete these forms by the deadlines below.

All forms are compulsory unless otherwise indicated.
3. Register all team members
Everyone involved in delivering your activity will need to register for an Exhibitor Pass before the event. You’ll receive an email in August with detailed instructions on how to register your team.
