Girls Who Code is a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology and change the image of what a programmer looks like and does. Two of our main programs are our free after-school Clubs Program and our free Summer Immersion Program.
Clubs are weekly programs which give 3rd-12th grade girls an opportunity to join our sisterhood of supportive peers and role models and use computer science to change the world. The Summer Immersion Program is a free 7-week program for 10th and 11th grade girls to learn coding at leading tech companies and universities.
During this session, visitors will learn about our mission, about our programs, how to bring Clubs to their school/district/organization and get a hands-on look at our curriculum and online learning platform, Girls Who Code HQ.
