About YoMo Los Angeles

YoMo Los Angeles aims to inspire thousands of young people and help them learn more about careers in STEAM sectors in an increasingly mobile world.

About YoMo Los Angeles

Over three days, YoMo Los Angeles will welcome 15,000 school children from across Los Angeles to one huge showcase of science and technology.

With live theater shows, interactive workshops, and dozens of hands-on activities, there will be something to engage every young person. YoMo is designed to bring classroom learning to life – by showing the exciting and rewarding career opportunities that are available in the mobile and STEAM ecosystem.

YoMo Los Angeles is free to attend for registered school groups and education professionals.

YoMo provides a unique opportunity for organizations within the STEAM community, academia, professional organizations and businesses engaged in the youth market to all come together and showcase their technology, brands, skills and ideas.

YoMo collaborates with CTIA and our after schools partner arc experience. YoMo is an event of Mobile World Congress – the mobile industry’s premier event – and the GSMA, which represents the interests of 800 mobile network operators worldwide.

About the GSMA

The GSMA represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, uniting nearly 800 operators with almost 300 companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including handset and device makers, software companies, equipment providers and internet companies, as well as organizations in adjacent industry sectors. The GSMA also produces industry-leading events such as Mobile World Congress, Mobile World Congress Shanghai and the Mobile 360 Series conferences.
