All exhibitors must conduct a risk assessment of their activities in order to ensure that health and safety issues are identified and addressed prior to the event.
The risk assessment must cover the activities related to three phases: build-up, event open days, and dismantling.
If you are unsure about how to create a Risk Assessment, our example risk assessment form provides further guidance.
In order to gain access to the venue during build-up and dismantling periods, access need to be requested for every member of staff, exhibitors and contractors alike. No access to the hall will be allowed without a request.
Please read the following regulations if you are planning to do an activity (for example. a contest) that involve distributing giveaways to attendees.
The YoMo website is in three languages – Spanish, Catalan, and English. Please provide your activity description in as many of these languages as possible.
If you do not know any of these languages, or do not feel comfortable doing so, our team will translate on your behalf. However, you will not have the chance to review these translations.
