All exhibitors must conduct a Risk Assessment of their activities in order to ensure that health and safety issues are identified and addressed prior to the event.
The risk assessment must cover the activities related to three phases: build-up, event open days, and dismantling.
If you are unsure about how to create a Risk Assessment, our example risk assessment form provides further guidance.
In order to gain access to the venue during build-up and dismantling periods, access need to be requested for every member of staff, exhibitors and contractors alike. No access to the hall will be allowed without a request.
