Explore different techniques of urban agriculture by hands-on activities

Is it possible to grow without soil? Could fish feed plants? Could a whole wall of lettuce be created?

In this workshop students will discover several techniques of urban agriculture that can solve these challenges. Students will explore aquaponics, hydroponics and soil cultivation by hands-on activities. They will also reflect on how generate our own food helps our planet and how they can do it through urban agriculture.
