Want to join us at YoMo Barcelona 2019 with your school group? Please apply using the form below.
YoMo is free to attend for school groups with students between 8 and 16 years old. Applications will only be accepted from primary (from third to sixth grade) and high schools (from first to fourth grade).
Schools that want to participate in YoMo first have to apply for a place. This helps us to ensure that as many schools as possible get the chance to experience YoMo.
Spaces are no longer be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each application will be assessed in line with our selection process, and all successful schools will be invited to register to obtain their entry tickets.
Your lead booker is the person we will contact during the registration process and when planning your visit. He/she will be responsible for coordinating your visit, and for ensuring that all accompanying adults complete our separate registration process.
Please ensure you appoint a lead booker who will be available up until the event because it will be difficult to change this contact person throughout the process.
We will use these numbers to allocate spaces, so please try to estimate your student numbers as accurately as possible. Both the age group and gender breakdown will be used during the selection process, so it’s important to get them right.
Please avoid over-estimating your student numbers. If the number of students who visit is substantially lower than those you have reserved spaces for, it will mean that other schools have missed out on a visit unnecessarily.
Places at YoMo are in high demand. To help ensure that students from many different schools can attend, we will give preference to schools who do not apply for more than 100 children in total.
Teachers that are interested in visiting our teacher program in the evening can register their interest on our website.
YoMo 2019 will run from Tuesday 26th February until Friday 1st March. Your school group will only be able to visit YoMo on one of the 4 days, and all students from your school must attend on the same day.
To reduce waiting times and increase the number of students who can attend, schools can register for either a morning or afternoon session. Morning sessions will run from 9:00 to 13:00, and afternoon sessions from 13:00 to 16:30. On Friday, there will be a single session from 9:00 to 15:00. Schools that are open to visiting during the afternoon session will greatly increase their chance of selection.
YoMo combines a number of scheduled shows, workshops and presentations with dozens of interactive stands on our show floor. Once selected, your school will be able to book the scheduled activities in advance.
No advanced booking will be available for the activities at the interactive stands as students can simply turn up and participate at any one of the stand activities on a first-come, first-served basis.
Information about each of these stands, including their topics and applicable age ranges, will be published to the website in advance of the event.
Be among the first to know when visitor registration opens, or find out more about participating as an activity provider or sponsor.
