YoMo is located at LA FARGA L’Hospitalet Centre d’activitats, Barcelona 2 08901, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.

By private bus

If you have indicated that you will be travelling to YoMo by coach, we will be in touch with you closer to the event to coordinate your arrival and departure. Please note no private bus drop off will be permitted at the front of the venue on Barcelona Street.

Due to very limited places for coach drop off and pick up preference will be given to schools travelling from further away to participate in YoMo. You will be issued with a 30 minute time slot in which to drop off and pick up your children. It will be imperative that you fit with this slot to ensure a smooth and stress free transfer.

When you arrive

School groups

Entrance for all school groups is via the main entrance on Barcelona street. Groups arriving by metro, train or bus should look out for the YoMo signs when arriving at La Farga – these will indicate where you should queue for entry.

Exhibitors, activity providers, sponsors, VIPs and Professional Pass holders

All adults attending without minors should enter the hall via the main entrance on Barcelona street. There will be a specific entrance for these adults, be they exhibitors or visitors.

Your YoMo entry ticket was attached to your registration confirmation email from Eventbrite. Please make sure you bring this ticket with you. Can’t find your registration email? Simply enter your email address at eventbrite.co.uk/gettickets and follow the instructions.

You must also remember to bring the same ID document you used when registering, or you will be denied entry.

The show floor will be open Tuesday to Friday 09:00 – 16:00.

Cloak room

There will be no cloak room facilities on site. It is advisable that you carry as little as possible with you.

Catering

There is a picnic area for attendees to eat their lunch while on site. Close to the picnic area there is a catering outlet where you will be able to buy food and beverages at any time during the event days.

First aid

There will be a nurse and doctor on site during the event. Should you need this service, please notify the closest member of staff.

Accessibility

La Farga is a fully accessible venue. Should you have any special needs please contact us in advance on info@yomobcn.com.

Lost Child Protocol

All under 18 attendees will be issued a wristband on site. Before applying the wristband students will be asked to add a unique identifying number to the band prior to entry indicating their group number.

Any lost child found on site will be reunited with the lead booker through this marker. Any adult missing a child is to report it to a member of staff immediately.

Security

A robust security plan will ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Should a security incident arise, please notify the closest member of staff when on site.

La Farga reserves the right to search all bags upon entry to the venue. YoMo and La Farga reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone should this be required, and do not accept any liability for items that may be lost, destroyed or damaged while at YoMo.

Please do not leave any valuables unattended. Any unattended items will be removed and possibly destroyed.

Supervision

Please remember the accompanying adults for each group are responsible for the safety and wellbeing and behaviour of all students on site. Any unruly behaviour by student attendee can result in the entire group being removed from YoMo and barred from future attendance.
